Vocational Training Transforms Lives of Chepang Women through Enterprise Development

In partnership with a private sector organization, Ojaswi Nepal launched a sustainable livelihood program providing specialized vocational training in eco-friendly handicraft production to 30 Chepang women in the Chitwan district. This initiative not only imparts technical skills but also connects participants directly to market access channels, helping them transition from subsistence living to running sustainable micro-enterprises. The first batch of products, including woven baskets and natural fiber textiles, is already scheduled for market launch.
