New Leadership Training Program Empowers 50 Young Women from Rural Provinces

Fifty enthusiastic young women from Bagmati and Gandaki provinces successfully completed Ojaswi Nepal’s intensive 6-week Youth Leadership and Civic Participation training program. The curriculum focused on essential skills including public speaking, community mobilization, and effective advocacy. The program concluded with participants developing their own micro-advocacy projects, which they plan to implement in their home villages to address issues like menstrual hygiene and access to education.
